About Dr. Kaplan
Dr. Gordon Kaplan is one of the most experienced plastic surgeons in New Jersey.
He is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is especially well known for procedures for the face and body. He has twice won Bergen Magazine’s Top Plastic Surgeon for non-surgical rhinoplasty and Brazilian Butt Lifts.
Dr. Kaplan helped pioneer the Trifecta Technique, which is the combination of three machines (Vaser Ultrasound, MicroAire Power-Assisted Liposuction, & Renuvion J-Plasma Skin Tightening) to optimize high-definition liposuction with fat grafting. Furthermore, he specializes in both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, including deep plane facelifts, facial fillers, neurotoxins, PDO threads, and adipose tissue concentrate therapies.

Education
Dr. Kaplan received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in 1999.
He completed training in microsurgery, reconstructive surgery, and replant surgery at NYU Medical Center in NYC.
He finished his plastic surgery training at UMDNJ in Newark, NJ. Prior to his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Kaplan practiced five years of general surgery and was chief resident at the well-known and accomplished Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, NY.
Dr. Kaplan also holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a master’s in Medical Science, with a focus on behavioral neurobiology, from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA.
