Each and every one of our healthcare professionals has been an industry leader in their own right and can assist you in their area of expertise. Through circumstance, timing, and good fortune, The Kaplan Center has been able to attract this talented group of professionals and offer our patients the highest quality of care, customer service, and of course, compassion.
CHRISTINA PICCININNI
Office Manager
Along with studying Marketing at Rutgers School of Business, Christina is always busy at The Kaplan Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery offering our patients the highest quality of service. The Kaplan Center is where Christina’s love for aesthetics, meets her passion for business, all while giving our patients the utmost attention they deserve. With 5 years of management experience, being part of The Kaplan Team allows her to tend to patients all while maintaining order in our office.
Director of Nursing
Crystina is a registered professional nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She is certified by the National Laser Institute in advanced injectables, as well as PRP and microneedling with over 3 years of injectable experience. Crystina has a passion for aesthetics and loves making her patients look and feel their best!
Nurse Practitioner
Rebecca is a nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in nursing. She graduated at the top of her class at Monmouth University. She started her career in nursing over 5 years ago. Rebecca assists Dr. Kaplan in all his plastic and reconstructive procedures. Rebecca comes to the Kaplan Center with a varied background in medicine having worked in acute care, long-term care, and in pediatrics. She quickly developed a passion for aesthetic medicine and continues to advance her skills and passion in our NYC and Edgewater locations.
ELISABETH OCCHIPINTI
Front Desk Coordinator
Elisabeth is the smiling face that will greet you once you arrive at The Kaplan Center. Her goal is to make the patient experience exceptional from the moment you arrive. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
TERESA STAMOUTSOS
Billing Manager
Teresa is here for our patients to help communicate about your plan and with employers to help achieve solutions in reducing your out of pocket medical costs. Teresa enjoys movies, cooking, crafts, family games, and taking in nature’s scenery on her Can-Am Spyder.
MELODY ZUMARAN
In-house Counsel
Melody is General Counsel to The Kaplan Center. She is a practicing attorney with over 20 years of experience in private practice. Melody also holds an MBA for NYU Stern School of Business. Melody’s experience aligns with our goal of providing you with the most innovative treatments and procedures in a safe and medically compliant environment.
